About Sierra

I am quite literally a small town girl, (population of 300) who grew up on the family farm of almost 250 goats, 7 horses, 44 poultry, and 48 rabbits. I am originally from Arizona however, I have been in Ohio for about 10 years now. My fun fact about myself if that I manager a Family Video store but my dream is to own and run my own Bridal shop. I currently work three jobs if you count babysitting about 25 hours per week a job. As I said, I work as a Family Video manager, I am a dress consultant for Unseen Elegance Bridal Boutique, and I babysit during 3rd shift hours. Yes, I am a very VERY busy person. I am a business major here at OSUM and i went to high school at Ridgemont where i graduated with my class of only 35 students. 35 is HUGE for my Ridgemont. My hobbies in school included 4-H on an international level, FFA, and Choir. This last October I married my best friend Dominic who is in the Army Reserve now after being active duty for about 3 years. I look forward to getting to now all of you through this class.

  1. That is quite a lot of animals on the farm... probably more animals than people that I know the names of. Also, computers are only working when they aren't working, I suppose?

  2. Sierra, your work ethic is amazing! I love to hear about your dreams and goals and I am also intrigued about your growing up on a farm. Did you do a lot of chores and was it a business or hobby farm? What kind of goats did you raise and are they worth the trouble? Did you milk any of them or make cheese? We'll have to talk farming one day soon.

    1. I was a partial owner of the farm so I had tons of responsibility. Infact, the rabbits were ALL MINE! We have lots of different breeds of goats. Mostly nuebians and lamanchas because they are mass milk producers. Which yes we did milk.
