Journal 2 from Kass

My name is Kassie Pryor, to be formal Kassandra but no one calls me that unless they really need my attention. I am an early childhood education major, in my second semester here at OSUM. I am usually eating in this class since I come to this class from being in a classroom at River Valley, so if you don't remember my face, I'm the girl that is always eating something. I have a brother that is 16 years younger than I am, which was my fun fact. I'm 500000% a procrastinator, so you can catch me eating and doing my work half an hour before class in the room, almost daily. I don't really do much, I work and go to class... Pretty much it.Oh, okay.... If you ever feel like just looking, you can probably see my socks at any given time because bring 6 foot tall, none of my pants are long enough.😡

In the reading for Four Genres in Brief, I think the advice that has been the most helpful to me is writing is a process. I am very much someone who tries to make all of my papers perfection, especially while I was in high school. Since beginning my college courses I have let go of that a lot more to try and de- stress myself. Writing is a process and I had to accept that not everything I write is going to be perfection. Even if it was perfection to my standards that is not to mean it would be perfect to someone else. So I would definitely have to say that is what has been most helpful to me so far, to keep hearing that writing is a process.

  1. I can very much understand eating in class (I do it practically all the time). I have a younger sister that is 13 years or so younger than me, so not quite as large as a gap as you do, but it is kind of close?

    Best regards,
